Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of faulty goods or poor workmanship, customers should inform The Print Room in writing by email or a letter and include clear evidence (i.e a photograph) of the defect within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the goods provided then we shall endeavour to resolve the issue within a reasonable timescale.

Where ever possible all goods will be replaced like for like or a credit note will be issued.

All faulty goods must be returned to The Print Room within 14 days. Please note that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us.
We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to us.

We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error.

Goods that are not faulty and printed to the customer’s specification cannot be returned or exchanged as they are produced to the customer’s requirements.

Unless the product is defective, you will not be able to return any products that are not in it’s original packaging.
